Taming the IIT-JEE

The IIT houses the best brains in the country to equip students with greater knowledge and skill making them technocrats par excellence. The Joint Entrance Examination has always posed a hurdle of the tallest order that students could never vault over. Students would spend one year more following Intermediate for a long term preparation to clear the entrance test. Success was still uncertain or elusive to students.

Sri Chaitanya had been working on a concept based preparatory course that could tame the IIT – JEE. A breakthrough was achieved in the shape of ICON – that would help students clear the IIT – JEE and Inter at one go. The aspirants also stand to gain by securing ranks in other entrances like AIEEE, BITSAT, VIT and EAMCET. The professors who are on the faculty of ICON go about shaping future IITians with meticulous care – combining the expertise of an architect, the skill of an engineer and the patience of a sculptor. Students from the economically and socially underprivileged classes and those struggling in the remote villages and hamlets were brought to Sri Chaitanya Residential Colleges with a fee waiver through free education and fee concession. NEON – is a programme devised, based on research done on the IQ of students of average and above average native-intelligence. The programme is tailored to suit every student and transform him/her from a mere aspirant to an achiever. The highlight of NEON is that it ensures placement of students on the seat – assured rolls, besides ensuring splendid performance in Intermediate.

The primary goal of Sri Chaitanya is to make possible a sound academic career for students of the Engineering stream. Students who step out of the college are to be ensured of a successful professional career and life. Drawn to the challenge of AIEEE ( All India Engineering Entrance Examination), the think – tank of Sri Chaitanya devised NEON. Propelled by resonant preparatory material, our students flooded the National Institutes of Technology in a torrential flow.

AIEEE made easy

The All India Engineering Entrance Engineering Entrance Examination, in short AIEEE, has been the best method of selecting the most talented aspirants for various under – graduate courses in engineering and architecture streams. Selection of meritorious students through AIEEE reflects tough standards of premier institutions like NITs and IITs. It was here that Sri Chaitanya stepped in again to come out with a preparatory course planned on scientific methods and tested procedures.

Sri Chaitanya has earned the sobriquet – undisputed monarch of competitive examinations. Not surprising, because a student who steps into the medical stream of Intermediate offered by the college inevitably earns a seat in a leading medical college at the end of two years. Nevertheless, the relentless pursuit for perfection has prompted the organization to evolve a flawless academic programme for students that would enable them to target the premier national medical colleges with precision.

The preparatory material is designed by weaving together the testing pattern into one single academic fabric that adorns the minds of aspiring students. The preparation helps crack tough competitive examinations and score top ranks to all national and state level medical entrance examinations to - AFMC, AIIMS, CMC, JIPMER and EAMCET.

Students on Sri Chaitanya residential campus are prepared primarily for competitive examinations at the national level – IIT-JEE, AFMC, AIEEE, AIIMS, BITSAT, JIPMER, VIT and also EAMCET at the state level. Equipped with the state’s best teaching faculty the academic activity on campus is split into three segments:

• teaching hours from 6 am to 12:30 pm followed by lunch and rest
• Afternoon study hour from 2 pm to 5 pm followed by break for games and sports
• Evening study hour from 6 pm to 10:30 pm - with dinner break at 8 pm.
• Week-end Tests on Saturdays / Sundays

Periodical tests in the actual examination pattern are conducted and students are counseled in order to draw out the best in them. Keeping in view the best career prospects after Intermediate, students are given result-oriented preparation. The staff believes that expert teaching must be supported by properly monitored study hours to ensure a student’s success.

Students who join fresh at our residential campus get over home-sickness very quickly. The reason is that the staff ensures a congenial atmosphere akin to home. A sound body is very vital for a sharp mind. The students on boys’ campus enjoy a daily work-out at the well equipped gymnasium on campus under the watchful eye of the instructor. Students also partake in outdoor sports activity on campus to keep fit.
