Ans: To login for the first time use your "admission number" for Username and password as "srichaitanya". You will need to update your password. You would use the admission number/enrollment no. and the new password for subsequent logins.
Ans: The Pre-Weekend, test is titled according to its definite time frame. For e.g., Jr IC-IPL JEE MAIN – 8 July 9 am to 12 July 9 pm. This means that this specific test will be open for access from 9 am on 8 July until 9 pm on 12 July. You cannot access this test outside this timeframe.
Ans: Once you login to the portal, click on Mock tests section in the course dashboard to see a list of scheduled mock tests. You cannot attempt a mock test before the scheduled date. Click on the scheduled test to attempt it. Please note that you can attempt a test only once.
Ans: You can update your contact details under my profile sub menu (top right corner). You can update your email id, mobile number and add a profile photo.
Ans: The solutions are visible after a few days post the tests are conducted. You will be intimated when the solutions are available. You can go to the section ‘Past tests – Answers and Video Explanations’ to view the solutions when available. You can see the date when the answers will be made available for each mock test.
Ans: The reports section on the course dashboard provides you access to review your performance in tests. It shows you a summary of all assessments that have been attempted, Scores and shows you your strengths and weaknesses.
Ans: If an answer is selected for a question that is 'Marked for Review', that answer will be considered in the evaluation even if it is not marked as 'Save & Next', at the time of final submission.
Ans: There is a timer on the top right corner of the test page, which shows the amount of time you have to finish the test.
And: Click the Instructions icon at the very top right corner of the screen. It will open a list of instructions in a pop-up.
Ans: You can go back to a specific question, click Clear Response, answer it again and click Save&Next. You can change your answers as many times as you want, before you click Submit.
Ans: You can view the status of each question in the right hand panel with the color coded numbering system. Alternatively, if you click Submit, you will get the status of questions according to subject; answered, unanswered, marked for review etc.
