The Principal, as head of the campus must take responsibility in making the staff – teaching and administrative, competent, by conducting training programmes periodically. The teaching staffneed to be oriented with the innovative academic programmes introduced by the Directors and evolve competent skills in delivering the same effectively in the class-rooms.
Orientation programmes can be conducted for the administrative staff to enable them to cope with their responsibilities, better. Training sessions can be conducted, during holidays / vacations, through workshops on various methodologies, and also groom Junior Lecturers to take up teaching tasks. |

Sri Chaitanya Techno Schools have introduced the tradition of conducting training programmes, state-wide, through workshops in all subjects at the pre-primary, primary and high school levels periodically, especially during vacation. The interactive sessions bring out the best in all and encourage transpiration and sharing of knowledge. Subject co-ordinators plan short term sessions during the term-end vacation, and hold long term sessions for fresh recruits and existing teachers before the commencement of a fresh academic year.
The training includes orientation besides subject delivery methodology through Sri Chaitanya study material and work books. The material is devised and prepared by subject experts / content writers of Sri Chaitanya in respective subjects. |
