Study Hours & Counselling:
Sri Chaitanya provides congenial atmosphere and strictly
enforces self-study hours within the college. Counselling
sessions are conducted regularly so as to build the
confidence of the students. Qualified, renowned and
competent psychologists are always at the aid of the
students. They are a part of Neuro Linguistic Programme
(NLP) that helps the student to overcome any negatives
they come across and always inspires them to have a
positive outlook. |

| Administrative Efficiency |
Directors: Directors make regular visits to all the campuses.
They are very much available to the students so that they
can directly share their feelings and they act as the source of
inspiration to the Principals, vice-Principals and In-charges.
Principals / Vice-Principals: They are highly experienced and
meticulous planners who make the academic and
administrative process run smooth. They co-ordinate with the faculty and use their services accordingly.
A Vice-Principal for every 500 students is always present on
campus to attend the needs of parents and students.
Co-ordinators: Each Co-ordinator looks after the students
of three sections and responds to their problems at the
earliest. They are responsible to conduct study hours
without any disturbance or deviation. They work close in
hand and co-ordinate with all the senior and junior
lecturers. The parents can meet the coordinator on any
Sunday to discuss the progress and discipline of their wards.
Student In-charges: A student In-charge for every
30 students is allotted to observe and help the students
during their stay in the hostel and in studies. They spend
most of the time with the students and keenly observe
them individually. These in-charges will also take care of the
health of students. They are available on campus to meet
the parents. |
